6 Week Program to improve:
Become more resilient to injury
Expect to become a stronger and more athletic player by following this program.
Once you have completed the 6 weeks you can repeat the program from week 1 but increase the intensity.
The program includes exercise videos and a full weekly schedule to base around your training and games.
